Citadel First Aid requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for a cancellation. One rescheduled course date is allowed, if the minimum 48 hours notice is given. However any subsequent changes will incur a $20 fee per student, to cover any administration costs incurred.

There is a $5.00 processing fee added, to cover credit card fees. If you are paying by bank transfer, please remove the $5.00 fee.

PRODUCT ORDERS: 100% payment is required, before the order will be placed.

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds, however, every attempt will be made to remedy any issues or concerns if they do arise.
